Plogging 對健康的好處

身體健康

作為一項運動,Plogging 亦可以透過運動提升對疾病的抵抗能力,亦同時可以有助減少脂肪積聚,從而降低肥胖的機會,有效地降低患上與肥胖關聯疾病的機會。Plogging 亦可以有助使心血管健康,幫助加強心肺功能。

另外,由於Plogging 不單止是慢跑,更有包括檢拾垃圾的動作,Plogging運動可以比一般慢跑消耗更多卡路里,從而更容易幫助控制體重和理想的身型。

心理健康

進行Plogging活動時,人的身體會製造出安多酚、多巴胺和血清素等物質,這些物質可以有助擊退緊張和焦慮的情緒,又使人更開心快樂,有助減低患上焦慮症、憂鬱症和慢性疲勞的風險。

除此之外,Plogging能提供社交的機會,同時能夠建立圍繞Plogging 活動的社交連結、圈子與團體。促進與親友、共同愛好者以至陌生人之間的交流,有助減少孤獨感和相關的心理健康風險因子。另外,Plogging 活動令人體產生的催產素亦透過增加大家彼此之間的信任和溝通能力,從而增加社交的質素和機會,同樣能減少孤獨的心理健康風險。
