Moving! Pick! is going to organise the first public plogging activity on 1 May, Labour Day in Shing Mun Country Park. We will having a brief sharing about litter problems Plogging, and then we will be jogging and pick up the litter, we will also record the litter we have picked up pat the same time. The activity could help environmental protection and provide an opportunity for doing workout.
The route is flat and easy to walk, which is suitable for beginners and the participants who is seldom doing exercise before. We will adjust the speed and intensity of the activity by the ability of the participants. Thank you for your participation and support!
